Patient Come to Clinic following Complain
Ø Pain felt
in the hypogastrium.
Ø Few hours
before and after the onset of menstruation.
Ø Usually
lasts for few hours, rarely lasts longer than 12 hours.
Ø Spasmodic
& Colicky in nature.
Ø Pain
radiate Inner & front aspect of the thigh.
Ø Relief: When flow is properly established.
